These terms and conditions apply to your purchases on, and your use of, the web site www.corlineyewear.com. The terms constitute an agreement between you and Corlin Eyewear AB, Storgatan 68, 392 31 Kalmar (hereinafter “CEY” or “we”).
By making a purchase and using this website, you agree to the following terms. We therefore ask you to read carefully the terms and conditions before using our site.
Once we have received an order from you, we will send a confirmation to your email address. It is therefore important that you enter the correct email address when making an order. We recommend that you save the confirmation to facilitate any future contact with our customer service. Confirmation also represents your receipt of the purchase.
You can choose to with credit card or through the Paypal service. When paying by credit card, Stripe, Inc is responsible for all our bank transactions. CEY does not handle any bank or credit card numbers. In certain countries in Europe you are also allowed to pay through Klarna. In Sweden you will also be able to pay through Swish.
Pay securely with Visa, Amex or MasterCard. Your payment is handled by Stripe, inc. with secure encryption and strict bank standard. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and can not be read or downloaded by anyone other than your bank. CEY does not charge any additional fees for card payments. On the other hand, your bank may charge an additional fee depending on the card type and bank. When paying by credit or debit card, the terms start as soon as the card transaction has been approved. In the event that no payment has been received after you have placed your order, the order can be automatically canceled by Corlin Eyewear AB.
All prices shown on the Corlin Eyewear website (corlineyewear.com) are inclusive of VAT, in accordance with applicable law. Please note that if an order is shipped to a non-EU country, any import duties and taxes may be charged, which will be charged when shipment reaches your shipping address. You are responsible for the payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that Corlin Eyewear has no control over these charges, and since these charges are different for different countries, Corlin Eyewear can not predict their size. Corlin Eyewear recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information.
Orders can only be made by persons 18 years of age or older who are not under guardianship.
Orders made in someone else’s name without their consent will be notified to the police. The same applies to any orders where CEY suspects crimes.
CEY reserves the right to change or correct prices for orders received. If a given price for a product is clearly incorrect, CEY can cancel the purchase and if the customer has paid for the product, CEY will refund the money to the customer.
Private individuals are entitled to return an order within 14 days of receiving it. This right, however, is subject to the condition that the product and its packaging are in the unaltered condition. If a customer makes use of his / her right to return a product, please contact CEY to get an address to send the item. Costs to return products are paid by the customer. If a shipment is damaged during shipment to the customer, CEY shall be contacted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
Warranty for the purchase of Sunglasses is one year from date of purchase. The warranty covers only manufacturing errors on Sunglasses. Please contact us by email Support@corlineyewear.com. In your email, you need to specify your name, your address, order number and a detailed description of the current question. Enter “Return of Purchase” as subject heading in your email.
Please note that CEY will charge a refund / return fee in the following cases
– Error or damage caused by inappropriate use or negligence (damage to the product, broken product, broken glass, etc.)
– Error or damage caused by fire, water or a natural disaster
– Natural aesthetic changes that arise from normal use or aging (minor scratches etc)
– If the warranty does not appear to the product where and when the product has been purchased or if this information has been changed on the warranty.
The warranty gives you the right to receive free repairs / returns in accordance with the terms and conditions stated below and within the warranty period. The warranty does not limit any legal rights that apply to you as a customer.
CEY has the right to change prices, charge extra costs and change product information without prior notice. Product images and other information aim to reflect the product as much as possible. However, we reserve for any errors that may occur on the webpage and can not guarantee that all images accurately reflect the correct look of the sunglasses. The images should be seen as illustrations only. Image quality may also vary depending on the color settings you have on your computer/phone.
CEY delivers its products all over the world. Deliveries are made in cooperation with a Swedish company called Postnord and its partners in other countries. You are entitled to cancel an order and return goods by contacting CEY at mail: email@example.com within 14 days of the order. However, this is provided that the goods are not opened and in the same condition as when you received them. The cost and the risk of transporting goods you wish to return to CEY are imposed on the customer.
In case of you as a customer perceive that the delivery of a product is unusually delayed, which means that you no longer wish to complete the purchase, it is your responsibility to make a cancellation. In case the shipment has already been shipped, the customer must receive the order. A cancellation is not valid until a confirmation has been received from CEY either by email or by telephone. If a product is no longer sold, CEY has the right to cancel the purchase and make a refund. CEY will notify the customer of a return item or a corresponding product available.
It is important that you as a customer carefully examine the item when you receive it. If your product has been damaged during transport, you must report this to the carrier as soon as possible. This applies regardless of whether it is a visible injury or not. If after receipt of the product you find that it is damaged or does not correspond to your order, please contact us within 14 days.

Wrong products returned to CEY should still be treated with care by the customer and as if they were free of defects. Whatever the reason for return, it is very important that the product is packaged so that it can not be damaged during transport. If a product is to be replaced, this is done against a product of the corresponding model. If a particular product is no longer available, the customer is entitled to repayment instead. CEY’s liability for defects in connection with delivery is limited in accordance with the applicable delivery terms for the current delivery and what follows from these terms and conditions.
Our liability to you for any losses or damages arising from your order at www.corlineyewear.com is limited to the total amount of your order. CEY has no liability for indirect losses.
CEY shall be exempt from liability and other penalties caused by circumstances beyond the CEY’s control. Such circumstances include government intervention, new / amended legislation, war, fires, floods, work interruptions, prohibitions, restrictions, tampering, bad transport and weather conditions, non-delivery from suppliers or that CEY or its partners would be exposed to criminal activity.
Our webpage may include user-generated content from, for example, social media. CEY accepts no legal responsibility for such material. In case you suspect a copyright infringement, or infringement of any other law, or for any reason, you may be offended by content posted on the web site, please contact our support.
All products remain CEY’s property until full payment is paid.
All fraud cases are reported to the police. CEY reserves the right to cancel a purchase in case of suspicion of a crime.
Swedish law applies to these terms and conditions and your use of this website. To the extent permitted by law, Swedish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising out of these Terms or Use of the Website, except in cases where CEY decides to take legal action against a customer / user in which it is domiciled .
CEY reserves the right to terminate your account and / or your use of the Website at its sole discretion. For example, if CEY suspects you have violated these terms and conditions. Such termination may be made without prior notice.
If one or more of these terms are declared void or judged to be ineffective by a court or regulatory authority, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
Intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, at www.corlineyewear.com, belonging to CEY, may not be used commercially without the permission of CEY. Any use of www.corlineyewear.com or its contents, including copying or storage of such content in whole or in part thereof, other than for your own personal non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of CEY.

What do Corlin Eyewear do with your information?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, address and email address and Telephone number. When contacting our customer support we do also collect personal data related to your inquiry for us to be able to properly help you. In all of these cases we only collect and save data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill our agreement of your purchase.
