We receive orders from large parts of the world and returns work differently in different countries. Therefore, you need to contact us at [email protected] and we will make sure to find the best solution for you.

You can always make the return yourself

It is always possible for you as a customer to make a return yourself. Just follow the steps below:

  1. Write a note with your name and order number that you put in the box together with the product
    you want to return.

  2. Pack your return well, the return should come to us in good conditions,
    put a note with your name and order number in the box, tape up the box and tape on the return label with our
    return address on the box. 

  3. Submit your return to your local post office. As soon as we receive and proccess your return,
    we will make your refund. This normally takes around
    1 week from when we receive your return.

Frank your parcel and submit it to the nearest postal agent.

Cost

Costs to return products are paid by the customer. If a shipment is damaged during shipment to the customer, we should be contacted within 14 days from the date the customer received the shipment.

30 days

You can always return an order within 30 days of receiving it. This right, however, is subject to the condition that the product and its packaging are in the unaltered condition. If a customer makes use of his / her right to return a product, contact us to get an address to send the item.
