Will has a comfortable blue light-reducing lens that blocks harmful blue light and provides a pleasant light with the brown-tinted lens. Although we humans cannot live without light, too much blue light can have negative effects on our sleep, making it harder to get a good night's sleep. The blue light glasses prevent blue light from entering your eyes, which keeps your brain awake at night and makes it difficult for you to sleep. When using our blue block glasses, 30% of the harmful blue light is blocked, which reduces the risk of tired and irritated eyes.
