If yes, please continue with the following instructions:

1. To return your order, please click on this link to create a return label.

2. Once you have created your return label, pack your order (in it's original packaging) with the return form you received in the delivery and seal the packaging carefully. Print out the return label and tape it on top of the old one. 

3. Drop off the parcel at your preferred mailbox or postal office. If you choose to drop off the return at a postal office, the return label does not be to be scanned since it is shipped as a regular pre-franked envelope. 

It is important that you send with the return form and that the old shipping label is not visible so make sure to cover it well

If no, please follow the instructions down below on how to make a return by yourself:

1. Write a note with your name and order number that you put in the box together with the product
you want to return.

2. Pack your return well, the return should come to us in good conditions,
put a note with your name and order number in the box, tape up the box and tape on the return label with our
return address on the box. 

3. Submit your return to your local post office. As soon as we receive and proccess your return,
we will make your refund. This normally takes around
1 week from when we receive your return.

It is important that you send with the return form and that the old shipping label is not visible so make sure to cover it well!

Refund

We will send you an email as soon as we have processed your return and made a refund. Depending on how high pressure we have, the return process normally takes 1-3 weeks from the time you sent the order back. 

Cost

Costs to return products are paid by the customer. If a shipment is damaged during shipment to the customer, we should be contacted within 14 days from the date the customer received the shipment. If you live in country where we have the possibility to send out a Return-slip you are welcome to use it. The cost for using our return-slip is 7€ and will be deducted on your return.

30 days

You can always return an order within 30 days of receiving it. This right, however, is subject to the condition that the product and its packaging are in the unaltered condition. If a customer makes use of his / her right to return a product, contact us to get an address to send the item.
